ALL RETURNED ITEMS REQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER

At Time Clock Warehouse Inc., our goal is to offer our customers the best commercial grade equipment available, at the prices that make our products the Best Value found anywhere! Our professional staff is available to review your requirements before you order.

In the event that your needs change, or you did not understand the features of equipment that was purchased, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements.

Prior to returning any purchased item, you are requested to contact our Service Center with details of your request. All returned items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for refund, less 15% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping. All items must be complete and returned in resale condition, and in original packaging. Refund may be reduced if the items are not returned with original contents and original shipping containers.

Return Authorization:
Any equipment received without our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number indicated on the shipping label will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Please do not order these items if you are unfamiliar with installation or their application:

Electronic peripherals, cables
Custom Cabling

Special ordered equipment or supplies
Software

ALL SYSTEM AND PRODUCT SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Software is not Returnable

No Special Orders are Returnable.

No Approved Returns can be Accepted without an RMA Number

For all approved return items, we will credit back to your credit card or send you a refund check within 10 days of returning items to us as per our guidelines.

Shipping, Return and Warranty

Your order will be shipped within 2-4 days via UPS Ground. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii and abroad may take longer.
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return the product to us with a 15% restocking charge deducted. If TCW determines the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship, TCW shall be responsible to arrange repair or replacement of the defective product free of charge. All non-defective returns authorized by TCW are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable.
The length of the warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.
